For digital astrology reports, consultations, and remedies, delivery is made via email or WhatsApp within the promised timeline:

• Astrology Reports: Delivered within 2–4 working days

• Vastu Consultation Report: Delivered within 3–5 working days

• Online Puja/Remedy Advice: Delivered within 1–2 days

• Live Consultation Bookings: Session details will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp/email within 24 hours

All digital services are shared at the customer’s registered email ID and/or mobile number provided during the order.

3. Shipping of Physical Products

For physical items such as gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, and other puja kits, we use trusted courier partners like India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, etc., depending on your pin code availability.

Shipping Locations:

• All over India: Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 cities, and remote towns

• International Shipping: Available for selected countries including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and Nepal

4. Shipping Charges

• Within India: ₹50 – ₹200 based on weight and location. Free shipping on orders above ₹1,500.

• International Orders: Calculated based on weight, destination, and speed of delivery.

8. Delays or Failed Delivery

• If customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery
