All services offered on Shri Krishna Jyotish Kendra — including astrology consultations, kundali matching, vastu remedies, gemstone recommendations, puja services, yantras, and reports — are custom-made and based on specific client information such as date of birth, time, and place.
Due to the personalized and spiritual nature of these services and products, refunds or returns are generally not applicable once the service has been delivered or initiated.
📦 Return Policy for Physical Products
For tangible items such as gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, or spiritual books:
Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Notification Window: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone with proper proof (photos or videos).
Return Conditions: Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with the original invoice.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our side (wrong or damaged item).
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate a replacement or credit, depending on the situation.

🙏 Refunds for Puja and Ritual Services
Puja and ritual services conducted on behalf of the client (e.g., Navgraha puja, Rudrabhishek, Mangal dosh nivaran, etc.) are performed at specific temples or by our experienced pundits.
Since these are time-bound and spiritual in nature:
Once booked, these services cannot be canceled or refunded.
If the client is unable to attend or watch the ritual online/live, the puja will still be conducted, and a recording or proof can be provided if requested.
⏳ Cancellation Policy
Before Delivery or Commencement: If you wish to cancel a service before it is initiated, please contact us within 4 hours of placing the order. In such rare cases, a partial refund may be considered, subject to administrative charges.
After Commencement: No cancellations are possible once the work has started or the product has been dispatched.
⚖️ Exceptions to the Policy
